BIOGRAPHY
.
Jano was born in Mexico, from an early age he pursued sporting interests, when he was seven years old he was already a Scuba Diver, and in 1996 he did a documentary about the sharks that live in the Coco Island in Costa Rica, and The Revillagigedo Islands in Mexico .
.
He also experienced competing in water skiing, in the modalities of slalom, ramp, trick (now wakeboard) and Barefoot Skiing, some Motorcycle & Car Racing, and a couple of years of Mountain Biking before discovering Triathlon in 1995, when he was invited to form a relay, he was so hooked that a couple of weeks later he was at the starting line of his first triathlon, the International Ixtapa Olympic distance Triathlon, his time 2:42.
.
As many Triathletes it was love at first feel, but it was until January of 2009 when he decided to follow his dreams as a Triathlete. The first step was to dedicate to training and racing. 2009 Was a good year and results started to show. The second part started in May of 2010 by moving to Kona Hawaii, so now in Kona he is able to train full time and race with the best to see how far he can go in the world rankings, there's also a big plus of living on Kona, that's just spend time at the Beach with his wife Paola.
